Job descriptionExcellent people skills and personal presentation. The ability to work unsupervised for extended periods. Appreciation for the unique team environment at events to collectively create event success with other suppliers. The ability to actively seek out ways to improve our guest and client experiences. An old-school approach to customer service. Attendants must be able to safely lift storage boxes. (Max 12KG Box) Delivery, set up and pack down of the photo booth, signage, stationery and event decor following Ghost Booth Events procedures. Assisting clients and guests during the event with their photo booth queries. Taking care of the customer’s guest book and assisting guests. Liaising with venue staff on the day to ensure all details are correct. A fantastic attitude and genuine desire to create an incredible event experience. Finally, showing the utmost respect for each and every customer’s once in a lifetime celebration. Experience with Photography / Videography Basic tech knowledge of connecting a computer / troubleshooting Social Media Content Creating Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights (sometimes days also) Occasional mid week night shifts Casual Role with the potential for a Part-Time Weekend Role. Must be available and willing to work minimum 50% Friday / Saturday / Sunday nights every month. Entry level Contract Management and Manufacturing Events Services
