About The Role

The full‑time Patient Transport Driver works within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare to ensure that patients are safely and timely transported in and out of required venues, collect and deliver patient‑related items, and perform general administrative duties. The role is based at Greenwich Hospital and Neringah Hospital and requires willingness to travel to all HammondCare sites.

Responsibilities

• Safe and timely transport of patients to and from required venues
• Collection and delivery of patient‑related items as required
• Performing administrative duties including computer administration, receiving and sending emails, electronic filing, and general tasks as required by the Fleet & Transport Manager
• General maintenance of Patient Transport vehicles, Hospital Pool Motor vehicles and associated items
