The Role :
This is a full‑time role assisting the Property Management team with day‑to‑day operations, leasing, and tenant management. You’ll be working closely with senior staff and be given the tools, training, and autonomy to grow your career in real estate.
Key Responsibilities :
Conducting the end‑to‑end leasing process – open homes, applications, and reference checksRoutine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections (all CBD‑based properties)Liaising with tenants and landlords to provide excellent serviceSupporting senior staff in daily property management functionsUsing company systems including Property Tree, REI Forms, and Inspection ManagerWhat We’re Looking For :
