Property Management - Leasing Consultant

Belle Property Drummoyne is a well-established, industry-leading boutique Real Estate agency in the Inner West. We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our Property Management team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, hardworking, and able to assist with all facets of leasing. Responsibilities

• Recording and updating details of prospective and existing rental providers and renters
• Examining properties and informing property managers of anything that may arise.
• Advertising available properties and conducting leasing inspections.
• Screening prospective renter / s to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
• Completing leasing applications and assisting with verification of application information.
• Maintaining and storing documentation effectively.
• Routine inspections, and ingoing inspections
