Leasing Consultant / Assistant Property Manager

We are currently searching for an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant or Assistant Property Manager to join our clients ever growing Property Management Department and we are actively interviewing now!

Ideally the successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively on a variety of different levels and have at least 6 months experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Consultant.

You will be responsible for :

• Communicating with prospective tenants
• Showing properties
• Checking tenancy applications
• Reference checking
• Routine Inspections

To be considered for this role you must have :

• Passion for real estate and for providing an exceptional customer service experience.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Min 6 months experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Consultant
• Must have a Certificate of Registration
