Group Office ManagerVGW is a fast-growing technology company and creator of market-leading online social games. With offices across Australia, USA, Canada, Malta and the Philippines we are on a mission tobe the biggest gaming company in the world!Due to the growth of our business and employee workforce we are looking for a Group Office Manager in either our Sydney or Perth office location.This is a newly created role where you will be primarily responsible for driving global alignment of VGW's workplace experience by ensuring the office environments operate cohesively, efficiently, professionally and consistently across all sites. In addition to having responsibility for a global team of Office Managers and Coordinators, the Group Office Manager delivers best practice solutions to stakeholders to ensure VGW's workplaces are engaging, functional and effective in supporting our people to do their best work.
- Key responsibilities will include
- Global alignment of workplace facilities and experience including but not limited to amenities, events and customer service.
- Introducing a Global Office Operations procedure.
- Responsible for COVID compliance (local compliance and processes) in all office locations.
- Responsible for Workplace Health and Safety (align, audit compliance, liaise with P&C as WHS policy owners), including office emergency response procedures and compliance
- Responsible for Workplace Security
- Global coordination of office events and the annual event calendar (planned, budgeted and communicated 12 months in advance including Christmas parties).
- Provide effective management and leadership to the office management team and ensure a consistent and aligned approach to all workplace experience activities globally.

- What you will bring to the role
- Experience managing a large office environment with multiple departments and floors.
- Experience managing a global team.
- Experience executing and hosting large scale, multi site events.
- Strong time management and organisation skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and proactive problem solving skills.
- Familiar with Work Health and Safety Act 2020, HACCP guidelines and emergency management processes.
