Are you a highly organised, proactive, and kind professional with a background in construction, design, bookkeeping or business ? We're looking for a reliable and motivated Office Manager to join our small, supportive team and assist our Managing Director in the day-to-day operations of a dynamic and growing company.

The Role
This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll play a key part in supporting the Managing Director and helping the business run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include :
Assisting the Managing Director with daily operations and task management
Obtaining quotes from trades and suppliers
Liaising with clients and stakeholders
Managing team schedules and helping to coordinate projects
Bookkeeping and basic accounts (Xero or similar experience preferred)
General office administration
Supporting business systems, procedures and team processes
Being the calm, organised voice in the room when challenges arise
About You
You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a “nothing is too hard” attitude . You're confident, mature, and know how to be direct when needed , while remaining diplomatic and respectful with clients and the team .
We’re looking for someone who is :
Reliable, hardworking, and organised
Experienced in construction, design, or a business administration role
Has solid bookkeeping and account management skills (experience with Xero a plus)
A great communicator who can liaise with clients, trades, and staff professionally
Able to manage competing priorities and keep tasks on track
Kind, positive and a team player who fits naturally into a warm, respectful environment
Comfortable having tough but necessary conversations when challenges arise
Availability
Start date : As soon as possible
Work schedule : Flexible, approx. 35 hours per week
