Overview
Nurse Next Door Home Care Services is a premium home care service provider that enables people to live a fulfilling life at home for as long as possible. We deliver flexible in-home nursing care options to those in the Aged Care and Disability sectors, ranging from 24 / 7 care to one-hour visits for wound care or diabetes management. We are building our care team with a variety of experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurses who are able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
- Deliver care following the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Conduct Nursing Assessments
