At present we have an exciting opportunity as a permanent full-time role available, as a Corporate Services Assistant in our Newcastle office where you will be the front of house receptionist.

Based in our corporate reception, you will be involved in but not limited to :
Greeting and building relationships with clients, providing a positive KPMG experienceGeneral reception duties including answering and directing calls, incoming and outgoing mail, booking couriers, scanning and filingManage meeting room bookings, video conferencing and AV assistanceManage and coordinate office facilities, keeping the office neat and tidyProvide support and work closely with the administration team and wider office as requiredKeeping systems up to dateOrganising catering of internal events and assist with other events where requiredProcessing of office accounts
