• Essential
• Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (or working towards)
• Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement)
• Ability to work effectively within a team and great communication
• Ability to accurately document residents care / progress
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts including some weekend work
• Current drivers license
• Previous experience working in Aged Care
