Overview
Senior Sales Consultant, Leasing Consultant to deliver exceptional commercial leasing and sales outcomes for a leading property group. A permanent full-time role within a dynamic and supportive commercial real estate team based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.
Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of commercial properties including tenant liaison, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
- Leading leasing campaigns from marketing through to deal closure including preparing brochures, qualifying prospects, conducting site inspections and negotiating lease terms.
- Supporting commercial sales activity by preparing sale proposals, coordinating campaigns and liaising with vendors and buyers.
- Proactively seeking new leasing and management opportunities to drive business growth.
- Maintaining accurate client records to ensure compliance with leasing and sales regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years commercial real estate experience in sales and / or leasing.Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.Self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously.Australian Citizenship is required.Salary & Location
Salary guide : $70,000 - $80,000 per annum.Location : northern suburbs of Melbourne.Benefits
