About The Role (your Why)

This is an exciting time to join Datacom as we look to grow our ServiceNow practice in Australia and New Zealand. As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you’ll be the conduit between the client’s business users, stakeholders and the implementation teams. This is a challenging and rewarding role to grow your existing analysis, design, communication and diplomatic abilities. You’ll be comfortable in front of clients at all levels as you’ll be leading workshops, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions and articulating ServiceNow concepts.

Our offices are based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work / life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best.

Responsibilities

• Across multiple projects with high profile clients.
• Lead ServiceNow workstreams for multiple clients, from requirements gathering, design, configuration and support activities.
• Lead testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions and user training.
