Who we're looking for
You will be part of a high performing sales team at the first point of contact, providing service excellence and an expert overview of the benefits of novated leasing in order to qualify the opportunity for Sales conversion or referral of after sales enquiries to supporting business units.
What you'll be doing
Quickly and efficiently respond to inbound callsProvide support to digital customersUnderstand customer needs, communicating a consistent value propositionQualify prospect of conversion to saleAssist with pipeline allocation and managementIdentify and refer post sale queries for other departmentsBuild relationships with support departments to ensure service excellence through the Novated customer journeyDelivering on agreed KPI's and inbound reporting frameworkKeeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in all systemsDevelop strong product and process knowledgeIdentify, analyse and provide insights on inbound service trendsCollaborate with Sales Leaders around process improvements and efficiency gainsData entry for Novated Lease driver enquiriesManage receipt of all web leads to ensure accuracyProvide other administrative support as directedChampion continuous improvement projectsRequirements
Experience in a customer service position (preferably inbound service centre)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to work effectively in a dynamic sales team environmentStrong attention to detailNovated Leasing experience desirable - not essentialBenefits
