The Job
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Quality Engineering Manager to lead and oversee quality assurance and testing efforts across our engineering squads. This pivotal role will drive the development and execution of a comprehensive quality strategy, ensuring seamless integration of manual and automated testing, and fostering a culture of quality excellence. You will be responsible for managing a distributed team of outsourced QA professionals in India and the Philippines, working closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver SaaS solutions that meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
