60k Plus SuperNorth Adelaide LocationPermanent RoleWe are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join a small team in the health and well being industry. You will be working alongside nurses and reporting directly to the State Manager of are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience in administration preferable in the medical industry and able to at times work autonomously. Duties include : Responsible for the end-to-end client service experience for clients and workersMaintain a professional telephone manner when dealing with clients and workersCoordinate the appropriate paperwork for each candidate prior to arrival to ensure positive candidate experienceCoordinate the diary appointments for each Health consultant to ensure smooth workflow throughout the day and a positive candidate experienceCoordinate workflow to ensure assessment reports are finalised to meet client expectationsFinalise assessment reports for workers post health assessment review ensuring all candidate information is correct and complete, raising any discrepancies in reports with the relevant Health ConsultantPrepare an accurate invoice for each health assessment reflecting services renderedScan and file paperwork as required for record keeping purposesAccept cash / card payments at reception for services providedAssist with document preparationManage the flow of files through the practice ensuring completion of all related tasksUse the computer bookings diary to make appointments, and use email to confirm those appointmentsHandle the delivery and storage of vaccines as required and record vaccine refrigerator temperaturesCo-ordinate the maintenance of any faulty equipment as workers with completion of appropriate paperwork prior to their health assessmentPrepare mail, keep the mail book professional presentation of the office through maintaining the reception front desk and health assessment areas in a clean and tidy mannerMaintain a safe work environment and ensure WHS issues are raised and appropriate actions are implementedTurn on and off all computers, air-conditioning units, phone message system etc on arrival and if exiting the office last at end of the ideal candidate will have experience working in the medical industry, strong administration skills, have impeccable customer service, be able to manage high priority tasks and highly provide your resume, along with a covering letter mentioning why you have applied for this position, what skills and experience you have relevant for this opportunity. 60000AUD Australia - SAAdelaideAdelaide5000

We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join a small team in the health and well being industry. You will be working alongside nurses and reporting directly to the State Manager of operations.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience in administration preferable in the medical industry and able to at times work autonomously.

Duties include :

  • Responsible for the end-to-end client service experience for clients and workers

  • Coordinate the appropriate paperwork for each candidate prior to arrival to ensure positive candidate experience
