Cyber Security and Business Operations Analyst

BildGroup is seeking a Cyber Security and Business Operations Analyst to join our IT team in a permanent, full-time capacity, based at our Campbellfield office, reporting to the Chief Information Officer. This role combines cyber security operations with business operations analysis, ensuring compliance with industry standards while driving cost efficiencies across the business.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and respond to cyber security threats in partnership with our Security Operations Centre and external providers.
• Help manage and extend our cyber security platform.
• Support and document compliance activities for ISO 27001 and Essential 8.
• Lead risk assessments and control reviews, ensuring accurate maintenance of risk registers and continuous improvement of security measures.
• Analyse organisational spend and software licence usage to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
• Engage with vendors to optimise contracts and eliminate redundant services, delivering measurable value to the business.
