Role

We’re seeking an inspiring and experienced Multi-Site Store Manager to lead our high-performing Homebush team while supporting growth across the area and delivering exceptional result.

Responsibilities

• Leading, developing, and inspiring store managers and their teams to deliver exceptional service and memorable customer experiences
• Driving sales and maximising profitability through strategic planning, commercial insight, and performance management across all assigned locations
• Ensuring operational excellence, including inventory integrity, stock loss minimisation, and compliance with company policies
• Overseeing visual merchandising and store presentation standards to ensure brand consistency across all sites
• Fostering a positive, engaging, and ethical workplace culture that supports growth and collaboration
• Analysing performance metrics, identifying opportunities, and implementing action plans to consistently achieve and exceed KPIs
• Recruiting, training, coaching, and performance managing store leadership teams
