Are you keen to make a difference in the construction industry? We're on the lookout for a driven Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll support the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects valued at $100M and above, working closely with our project managers, contractors, and subcontractors. Your strong organisational skills and problem-solving abilities will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and budgetingCoordinate efforts with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective project deliveryEnsure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and relevant regulationsMaintain up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and change ordersTrack progress, update milestones, and proactively address any issues to keep projects on schedule

About you :

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field2-3 years of post-graduate experience in project coordination or management within the construction sectorProven experience delivering large-scale projects valued at $100M+ ideally in the residential spaceStrong organisational and time management capabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCapacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamProficiency with construction project management tools and softwareSound understanding of construction contracts and regulatory requirements
