Position
Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate closely with the retail team to elevate the performance and brand presence in our key retailers. Key responsibilities include driving strategic retail projects, gathering market intelligence, and working with retailers to maintain and enhance the brand image.
Key Account Management
- Develop and build strong relationship with Retailers Senior Management
- Promote group values, organization and objectives to Key Accounts / Key Retailers
- Explore / Evaluate Medium-Long Term projects to ensure Brand share of space / voice with each allocated retailer
- Identify and ensure development opportunities for the Brand, including account and door openings options
- Consolidate and follow up Retailer P&L in liaison with local Finance team.
- Conduct regular market visit
- Work closely with each Retail / Brand Manager to follow up on the field initiatives in terms of marketing / merchandising implementation and execution
- Liaise with the Leasing executive / agency and the Project Team responsible for all new shops, refits, re-models, store and furniture design projects, ensuring delivery of these projects on time and within budget.
Brand Management
Share and advise the Brand of all trade, marketing, and digital opportunities amongst retailersShare Key accounts’ vision and future projects with the Brand and build a competitive and innovative proposalCommunicate and brief the Brand of any negotiation, initiate brief, conduct and follow up all steps of negotiation for commercial terms, space, and location (after liaising with our Leasing Executive / external agency).Market Intelligence
Define Retailers market perspective, size and growth and propose a clear Retailer’s strategyKeep track of industry and competition happenings within Key AccountsConsolidate and Analyze Brand’s market share, share of voice, and potential within accounts and total key Account portfolioMarket / Business Intelligence : gather market information related to the industry and key accounts (market size,distribution, pricing, launch results, ranking)Profile
This position requires of 5-7 years in key account management in a key market or at regional level with international exposureExperience working in a large, matrixed, global organization strongly preferredStrong understanding of the property leasing market (retail, commercial and office) including the requirements of the appropriate legislation with a proven track record in negotiations with Landlord, contractors and other stakeholders;Experience in project management and delivering effective solutions and outcomes for the business;Organised and methodical approach and demonstrates a willingness to improve processes;A result-driven achiever with ambition, motivation, autonomy and dynamismExceptional interpersonal skills – objective and independent, diplomatic, assertive, gravitasHas open availability / flexibility for travel to accommodate business needs, especially during peak periods as the role will require regular travel within the Region.
