About the role

Our OD Advisor is responsible for system administration, user experience and reporting that supports our Learning on Line system (WMLOL), and the coordination and support of learning and organisational development activities that increase leadership capacity and support our growth agenda to meet the health needs of our community.

About You

  • Knowledge of learning and development principles and use of learning management systems.
  • Ability work autonomously by setting goals, addressing barriers and managing tasks to ensure the successful execution of development programs and activities.
  • Collaborate with others and partner with external and internal stakeholders to support the successful implementation of the leadership development program and other development activities.
  • High level written, oral, interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication on a broad range of leadership topics to health professionals.
  • Seek opportunities to develop self and others to understand the best practice approach to organisational development.
  • Demonstrate values-based behaviour in interactions with team members, customers and external partners.
  • Mandatory Requirements
  • Vaccinated against COVID-19 as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 12 / 21 and the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
