Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients, translating briefs into actionable plans.
• Manage budgets effectively and delegate technical tasks to the team, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
• Report campaign performance, relaying results back to clients and keeping them informed about any changes.
• Strategically keep clients competitive by staying updated on industry trends and identifying opportunities to enhance marketing efforts.
• Actively explore upselling other services to maximize client return on investment.
• Hands‑on implementation and optimisation of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, driving measurable results for clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in digital marketing and account management.
• Strong paid advertising experience – search and social.
• Highlight SEO abilities.
• Full digital marketing understanding – eDMS, Social and other benefits.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic mindset – driver of client growth.
• Solid organisational skills.
• Agency experience.
