The Opportunity
Join us in this great Project Coordinator role based in any of our Vocus office locations, working within our Customer Delivery PMO team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the various component processes required to ensure the successful delivery of small to medium scale projects to Vocus customers.
The Project Coordinator may also be required to provide support to Project Managers on larger more complex solutions.
What you'll be doing day-to-day
This role will undertake a wide range of duties in support of the successful delivery of the Vocus product portfolio and the continuous improvement of the associated delivery processes.
- The duties will include;
- Manage the successful delivery of small to medium scale projects to Vocus customers.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all Vocus customers through the provisioning process
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Create and maintain a high standard of professional project documentation - appropriate to the scale, complexity and risk of the project.
- Follow documented project management processes for the delivery of all projects
- Provide a single point of contact for Project enquires issues and escalations.
- Where required, provide support to Project Managers
- Assist with the continual improvement of processes within the Customer Delivery PMO Team, Service Delivery & Support and across Vocus, where appropriate.
- Assist in supporting / mentoring colleagues within the Customer Delivery PMO Team or wider Service Delivery, where appropriate.
- Maintaining a 'quality' of work in line with expectations set by Team Lead and Manager. This will be directly driven by project management guidelines and will be measured via scheduled 6 monthly and ad hoc (when required) Project Health Checks.
