Davidson is partnering with one of Australia’s leading banks, recognised for its innovative approach and excellence in the financial sector. The bank is initiating a major infrastructure project and is seeking a talented Delivery Lead to join their team and drive this critical project.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead with a strong background in technical business analysis to manage and deliver large streams of work within an infrastructure project.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading the delivery of project initiatives, drawing on proven experience as a Delivery Lead, ideally from a lead technical BA background.
• Managing extensive streams of work within the infrastructure project, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Leveraging banking experience to navigate and address industry-specific challenges and requirements.
• Maintaining and utilising tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage epics, features, and user story funnels.
• Working effectively within an agile environment to ensure iterative progress and timely delivery of project milestones.
