The opportunity

We are currently seeking an Associate Consultant to join our Hygiene Team based in Brisbane.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in occupational hygiene who thrives on variety, enjoys working with stakeholders, and is passionate about professional growth and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering occupational hygiene services across a wide range of sectors, including mining, oil & gas, manufacturing and government. You’ll be responsible for supporting the planning, execution and reporting of hygiene monitoring programs while building strong client relationships and developing your technical and consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational hygiene monitoring and assessments (e.g., dust, fibres, noise, MMIA, PRV, IAQ) across client sites.
• Execute fieldwork using specialised equipment (up to 20 kg).
• Assist with technical report writing and data analysis.
• Support knowledge sharing across the team, including mentoring junior team members when required.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively seek learning and development opportunities.
• Follow and contribute to the improvement of internal policies and procedures.
