Job descriptionWriting and editing content for tender submissions, capability statements, lawyer bios, and client reports Creating materials such as presentations, brochures, flyers, and infographics Generating digital content for the website and social media platforms Coordinating legal directory submissions and client-facing presentations Conducting business development research and compiling insights, providing local marketing assistance to the Canberra team A degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and brand voice High attention to detail and consistency across content Solid Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools a plus A collaborative, team-first approach and a service-driven attitude Generous parental leave Health and wellness benefits Regular social events, team activities and more

The Role
Working closely with senior leaders across the national Business Development & Marketing team, this Canberra-based role offers broad exposure to client development projects and the creation of high-quality marketing and communications content. You'll work directly with lawyers and partners to support growth, visibility, and client engagement strategies.
