Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The role is a remote role, and the pay is based on commission.

• Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Utilize Salesforce and other software tools for effective customer relationship management and tracking sales activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery of services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
• Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders as needed.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
• Skills
• Proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills for market analysis and strategic planning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay : $1.00 - $10.00 per year
