This role performs administrative functions on behalf of the Company, representing it in compliance with the Code of Conduct, Business Principles, and employment agreements. It also involves building a culture of accountability and teamwork within the region Operations Team to provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Pick, pack, check, and receive all stock, including loan sets.
• Process & dispatch loan set / kit returns, ensuring they are intact and ready for re-issue promptly.
• Conduct quality inspections of returned materials / equipment, confirming their status in SAP / My Mediset for accurate ownership transacting.
• Assist with stock rotation and removal of expired items.
• Supervise products by batch / lot and serial number, ensuring all are tagged.
• Identify booking discrepancies and ensure CAPA procedures are followed to minimize risk.
• Handle domestic & international shipping, communicating delivery info to relevant departments.
• Track loan sets at all times to facilitate quick turnaround and stock availability for the VIC Operations team.
• Support customer service with bookings, ensuring accurate transactions and billing.
• Manage daily warehouse operations to meet branch and internal metrics.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, collaborating closely with sales staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain ISO 9001 : 2015 / ISO 13485 standards, adhering to health, safety, and housekeeping guidelines.
