About the role
Assisting in creating a company our residents love, you’ll be the face of the People and Culture team for our employees across a portfolio of our Victorian homes in the West and Central North area. No two days will be the same in this diverse role. One day your focus could be on coaching and supporting our front‑line leaders on engaging teams and building culture and the next you could be advising on complex and often sensitive investigations.
