Responsibilities

The Clinical Lead provides clinical and operational leadership coordinating resources and program services in collaboration with other internal and external specialist mental health services within SESLHD and with headspace lead agencies in sites at Bondi Junction, Hurstville and Miranda. The team works with a broad range of clinical presentations, including young people with severe and complex anxiety and depression, emotional dysregulation and complex trauma, and young people identified as at Ultra High Risk for Psychosis. The position actively participates in the strategic development of the service, building the capacity of mental health services to engage young people early and provide a range of evidence‑based interventions that facilitate recovery.
