About The Role
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll work side by side with the Restaurant Manager to run a smooth, high-performing restaurant that delivers unforgettable experiences every shift, every guest. You’ll help build team culture, drive performance, and ensure every guest walks away satisfied.
Whether you’ve already been in an Assistant Manager role or you’re a seasoned Shift Leader ready to grow, this is your opportunity to take the next step with a brand that backs its people.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting daily restaurant operations and being the Restaurant Manager’s trusted partner
- Leading the team with energy, clarity, and heart
- Training and coaching staff for growth and efficiency
- Delivering consistent, top-tier guest service (and feast-worthy food)
- Managing rosters and team scheduling
- Helping hit KPIs and supporting financial performance
- Ensuring Food Safety, cleanliness, and WHS standards are always on point
- Staying ahead of stock so the Famous Garlic Sauce never runs out
