Job descriptionProven experience in an accounts receivable role, preferably within the healthcare sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Duration : 9 month contract with potential for extension Location : Western Sydney, close to public transport Compensation : Competitive remuneration package
Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable / Billings professional seeking a dynamic contract opportunity? Our client, a leading boutique private day surgery, is looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process invoicing and manage billing operations
- Reconcile accounts and process payments
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on collections
- Liaise with internal departments, claimants, and insurance providers
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end reporting
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
