Data Analytics Associate, Growth Operations

Role Overview
KPay is seeking a sharp, analytical, and proactive Data & Growth Intelligence Associate to power our growth engine. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable intelligence that directly influences our merchant acquisition strategy and fuels our Telesales and Channel Partnership teams.
Your mission is to ensure we are not just data-rich but insight-driven. You will own the entire data lifecycle—from sourcing and cleansing to analysis and strategic recommendation—to answer our most critical business questions and identify new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Intelligence & Strategic Proposals
- Analyze lead source performance, conversion funnels, and sales channel efficiency to identify key trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
- Synthesize data into clear, compelling insights and present strategic proposals to leadership on topics such as optimal resource allocation, new segment entry, and channel expansion.
- Own the company's core growth dashboards, providing a real-time view of performance against targets and leading indicators.
2. End-to-End Data Sourcing & Management
Manage and execute data sourcing initiatives, including coordinating with the tech team on web crawling projects and evaluating external data providers.A strong plus is the ability to personally perform data crawling and scraping to proactively build new lead pipelines.Maintain the central lead database, implementing rigorous processes for data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment to ensure the highest data quality.Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards to track KPIs across all growth channels (Telesales, Channel Partners, Street Sales).Build and refine lead scoring models to ensure our highest-value prospects are prioritized and routed to the right sales channel.Partner directly with sales teams to understand their challenges and eliminate data-related friction in their workflow.Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or growth operations role. We value aptitude and a proven track record of using data to drive decisions over years of experience.Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas) is essential.Experience with data crawling / scraping tools (e.g., Python, Scrapy, Selenium, Phantombuster) is a strong plus.A highly analytical and curious mindset. You don't just report numbers; you diagnose root causes and uncover the "why."Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.What We Offer
