Leveraging technology across our website, mobile app and phone, we helped over 300 million people access currency information last year and over 225,000 people used our service to send money overseas.
About This Role
We’re looking for a data‑driven, impact‑oriented Growth Analyst to support the execution of growth initiatives across Xe’s B2B and B2C platforms in APAC. Reporting to the Growth Manager, you will translate customer data into actionable insights, run experiments across the funnel, and help scale revenue‑driving programs to drive growth across the entire customer journey.

Roles & Responsibilities
Growth Analytics & Insights : Analyze customer behavior, marketing performance and product usage to identify growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention and expansion. Develop dashboards, deep dives and recurring reports to support decision‑making.Segmentation & Personalization : Build customer segmentation frameworks to tailor experiences by segment, lifecycle stage or product need. Identify high‑value cohorts and recommend targeted growth plays.Funnel Optimization : Identify conversion bottlenecks and drop‑off points across web and app journeys. Work closely with Growth Manager, Product and Marketing to propose data‑backed solutions and track impact.Campaign Execution Support : Partner with Growth Manager and marketing to build audience segments, set up campaigns in platforms like Google Ads, QA landing pages and manage tracking and performance reporting.Experimentation & Testing : Design, execute and analyse A / B and multivariate tests across the user journey. Own experiment setup and post‑test reporting to validate hypotheses and inform optimisation.Market Benchmarking & Competitive Insights : Conduct competitive research and track key metrics (pricing, UX, product features, positioning) of top cross‑border payment players to inform Xe’s go‑to‑market strategy.Position Requirements
2+ years of experience in growth, marketing analytics, product analytics or consulting, preferably in fintech, eCommerce, SaaS or other fast‑paced, digital‑first environments.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a related quantitative field.Proficiency in analytics tools, including Excel / Google Sheets and at least one of : Amplitude, Power BI, SQL or a similar tool.Experience with A / B testing and statistical analysis, including test design, significance testing and result interpretation.Analytical and execution‑focused : detail‑oriented, thrive in ambiguity and excel at turning data into insights and insights into action.Curious and growth‑minded communicator : loves digging into data, solving problems and clearly communicating complex findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.Experience with marketing platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Iterable) is a plus.Perks & Benefits
