Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and driven Business Analytics Associate to become the operational engine of our growth teams. This is not a passive, report‑pulling role. You will be embedded in the business, using data to diagnose problems, pinpoint growth opportunities, and drive key initiatives in our sales, partnership, and market expansion efforts. You will be the link between raw data and actionable strategy, playing a pivotal role in scaling our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the daily and weekly reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales and partnerships teams (e.g., lead conversion rates, pipeline health, partner performance).
- Conduct deep‑diving analysis into sales sectors, partner ecosystems, and customer lifecycle to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Transform complex data into clear, compelling insights and visualizations that empower the leadership team to make data‑driven decisions.
- Act as the data backbone for the sales team, helping to identify high‑potential leads and optimize outreach strategies.
- Analyze individual and team performance to provide actionable feedback for coaching and improvement.
- Manage and ensure the integrity of our data platforms and other operational tools.
- Provide analytical support for the partnerships team by researching potential partners, modeling the financial impact of deals, and tracking post‑launch performance.
- Help build business cases and presentations for new strategic partnership opportunities.
Process Optimization & Execution
Identify operational inefficiencies across sales and partner onboarding processes.Design, build, and automate dashboards, reports, and operational playbooks to enhance team productivity and scalability.Lead or contribute to cross‑functional projects aimed at solving core business challenges.Who You Are

0–2 years of professional experience.
