We’re on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Cramers Hotel buzzing and loved by the locals.

In the heart of Preston, on Cramer Street, the Cramer Hotel is a go-to for locals and visitors alike. With a huge range of beers on tap, a well-rounded wine selection, this hotel covers plenty of bases. At its core, Cramer’s Hotel offers everything you’d expect from your local pub : a comfortable Sports Bar, Bistro and a flexible function space.

A day in the life of an Assistant Manager :

• Get to know the locals so well they think you’re part of the crew
• Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
• Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
• Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
• Bring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift
