People & Culture Manager

Provide expert advice and operational support in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, WHS, and HR systems.

During this dynamic period you’ll have the opportunity to contribute across a broad range of human resources functions in the NDIS field.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and expert advice to managers and employees.
• Interpret and apply industrial instruments, including the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry (SCHCADS) Award and Fair Work Act.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive policy development, workforce planning, talent development and organisational efficiencies.
• Manage employee relations matters, including performance management, grievances, and dispute resolution.
• Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Develop, implement and manage learning and development initiatives to support workforce capability.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR records and documentation.
• Develop, implement and maintain HRIS systems for streamlined operations.
• Monitor, maintain, and review staff visa statuses to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
