Your Role

This role is responsible for ensuring finance related activities are performed and delivered in a timely and accurate manner. Utilizing outputs from the team to deliver financial information and incorporating business knowledge to provide performance insights, analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders to support decision making and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver actionable financial insights through timely and accurate management reporting, including segment, SKU, category, and royalty performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls by supporting audits, reconciling inventory, and aligning with DuluxGroup accounting standards.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, building detailed financial models and managing system uploads across TM1, BW, and SAP.
• Drive business process improvements, enhancing rebate and commission workflows, S&OP tracking, and Power BI dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Support financial integrity by liaising with Shared Services, reviewing month‑end results, and ensuring capital reporting compliance.
• Measure success through reporting accuracy, audit compliance, forecasting precision, and adherence to inventory and procurement policies.
