Due to continuous growth, they have an opportunity for a Loan Processing Officer to join their highly successful and higher performing team in Melbourne who are on a growth trajectory.

As part of the wider operational team you will report into the Manager - Loan Management and duties will include but not be limited to;Role Overview Support the portfolio of loan application from settlement to post-settlement requirements until repaymentEngage with the wider operations team including credit, origination and investment to ensure settlement duties are performed within deadlinesAdhere to compliance requirements and ensure all procedure are performed correctlyProvide updates to third-party loan administrator on all transactions where requiredPerform full and partial discharge of mortgagesSkills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or property related fieldsAdvanced numeric and excel skills and capabalities2+ years of experience' in loan processing, administration within commercial or residential loan applicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat's on Offer
