Primary purpose :

To build rapport and maintain good relationships with our Guests and Members in the Gaming areas, responding to Guests’ enquiries and disputes. Fostering a positive attitude, while delivering an exceptional experience for all Guests and Members.

Team Leader Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate within host meetings.
• Act as a primary communicator between the Host Team and Management.
• Communicate effectively to Host Team members.
• Responsible for motivating the Host Team and maintaining morale.
• Create a positive environment : fostering a supportive and inclusive culture.
• Driving success, guidance, and performance of the Host Team, always leading by example.
• Adhering to all Club guidelines and procedures within the Gaming Lounge and liaising effectively with Supervisors and Duty Managers.
