Primary purpose :
To build rapport and maintain good relationships with our Guests and Members in the Gaming areas, responding to Guests’ enquiries and disputes. Fostering a positive attitude, while delivering an exceptional experience for all Guests and Members.
Team Leader Responsibilities
- Attend and actively participate within host meetings.
- Act as a primary communicator between the Host Team and Management.
- Communicate effectively to Host Team members.
- Responsible for motivating the Host Team and maintaining morale.
- Create a positive environment : fostering a supportive and inclusive culture.
- Driving success, guidance, and performance of the Host Team, always leading by example.
- Adhering to all Club guidelines and procedures within the Gaming Lounge and liaising effectively with Supervisors and Duty Managers.
