Location : Interstate Relocation opportunities to Canberra, Darwin, Maroochydore or Hobart from within Australia
Employment Type : Full time or Part time (4 days per week)
Salary : $77,200 - $112,646 per annum + annual leave loading & superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop + options to boost salary up to $10,000 (dependent on experience and role level)

About the Roles
We’re expanding our positive behaviour support services into Canberra, Darwin, Maroochydore and Hobart, and we’re looking for passionate and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners and Clinical Supervisors to help us launch services in these new regions. Relocation packages are available to help make your move seamless.
What You’ll Do
Depending on your level of experience, you’ll :
- Deliver person-centred positive behaviour support to participants in their communities
- Develop high-quality behaviour support plans that are functional, strengths-based, and responsive to individual needs
- Collaborate with families, support networks and other professionals
- Contribute to Everyday Independence’s values-based and evidence-informed practice
- For Clinical Supervisors, mentor and support colleagues, champion clinical excellence and promote evidence-based practices, facilitate learning and development to build team capability and inspire others by modelling our Clinical Model and living our values
Who We Are Looking For
To Work As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor, Masters or Graduate Diploma) and relevant registration such as :
Occupational Therapist – degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registrationSpeech Pathologist – degree in Speech Pathology and SPA registrationSocial Worker – degree in Social Work and AASW membershipMental Health Nurse – degree in Nursing and AHPRA registrationPsychology, Psychological / Social Science or related fieldWe’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member who :
Is endorsed by your supervisor as either a Proficient, Advanced or Specialist PractitionerHas NDIS Behaviour Support Registration Suitability Letter with extensive experience in community-based and / or disability settingsCan complete reports within timeframes to submit to the NDIS commissionHas a positive, can-do attitude and thrives in a collaborative environmentIs committed to mentoring, coaching, and developing othersUnderstands contemporary therapy practices and is passionate about achieving participant outcomesHas the ability to influence and inspire, fostering confidence and capability in othersYou’ll also need :
Minimum 2 years experience as a Behaviour Support PractitionerA positive and flexible approach to workStrong communication skills and be a team playerCommitment to personal and professional growthA valid Australian drivers licenseCurrent Working with Children Check (state / territory)Current NDIS Workers Screening CheckWhy Join This Role?
