Commercial+ Construction / Property Litigation Lawyer (5yrs-Senior)

YOUR ROLE

As a VALUED KEY senior lawyer , reporting to an industry-leading managing partner, you will relish the autonomy+ challenge+ stimulating variety servicing many ‘brand name’ clients (including many real estate agencies+ franchise businesses).

Specifically , you will be advising / litigating on :

• Commercial transactions (approx. 45-50%) (eg buying / selling property management businesses ie rent rolls, joint ventures, buy-back agreements, shareholders agreements, mergers / acquisitions);
• Construction / property disputes (approx. 45%);
• Strata issues (approx. 10-15%).

[This role involves ZERO property conveyancing].

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you :

• Are an admitted lawyer with minimum 5+ years (or MORE up to senior associate);
• have broad-ranging commercial (transactions) law experience with strong technical / research+ contract drafting skills (essential)+ some litigation experience (preferably property / construction disputes);
• are success-driven+ proactive+ results-oriented + highly ADAPTABLE ;
