Your part in our UnitingCare team

• Work in partnership with the person being supported, their family and informal support networks to attain the hopes and aspirations they have established for their lives.
• Provide support to people in their everyday living situations, including personal care as identified, emphasizing choice and enhancing quality of life.
• Participate in the development, implementation and review of individual plans focused on the life hopes and aspirations of people.
• Enable people to attain personal autonomy over their own lives and the services they receive.
• Recognise and uphold the right to respect, privacy, dignity and confidentiality of the person being supported and their family.
