Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
- Engage with stakeholders to assess and manage the impact of change initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support for organisational change processes.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote adoption of new processes or systems.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, ensuring objectives are met.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive alignment and successful implementation.
- Support the technology department in managing transitions and embedding new practices.
