We’re hiring a Senior Creative Account Manager who understands brand, thinks strategically, works with taste, and leads clients with confidence. Someone who can run 8–10 brands with maturity, high standard across content, campaigns and creative, and shape how the agency moves.
This is a role for someone with the discipline to manage accounts and the ambition to lead an agency. You’ll work closely with the founder, guiding strategy, creative and client relationships.
We work with brands across FMCG, fintech, lifestyle and more. Our clients expect clarity, creativity and consistency, and a pinch of magic (you know the deal). This role is for someone who enjoys being relied upon and who's looking to lead.
You will lead a portfolio of clients, understanding their strategy, voice, and brand. You'll translate brand thinking into content, campaigns and socials that are intentional and well‑crafted. You’ll contribute ideas, refine concepts and ensure consistency across every asset.
You'll lead WIPs, present briefs, work on strategy, manage socials and deliver the deliverables. You’ll communicate with authority, speak confidently, and manage expectations. You’ll know when to escalates and when to handle things independently. Clients will look to you for direction. The team will look to you for guidance.
There’s a rhythm to how good agencies work. We have the foundation. Now we need someone who can sharpen it. You’ll shape strategy, influence direction and take initiative. The more impact you have, the sooner you step into a leadership role (a roadmap will be presented).
