Join our team as the Director of Pharmacy at Greenslopes Private Hospital, a cutting edge 700 bed tertiary medical facility renowned for excellence in patient care and innovation. As the Director of Pharmacy, you will provide leadership to the pharmacy team and be responsible for overseeing the operations of the hospital dispensary and the community pharmacy with the Community Pharmacy Manager reporting directly into this role.

What You’ll Do :

• Manage and oversee the hospital dispensary and community pharmacy teams and coordinate their operations
• Mentor and develop our pharmacy team, creating a positive and growth-orientated workplace culture.
• Provide strategic leadership to manage pharmacy operations, pursue continuous improvement opportunities to gain operational efficiencies and achieve key performance indicators (including provision of clinical services, financial targets, people management and incident management response)
• Ensure compliance by the pharmacy team with all legislative requirements and accreditation standards.
• Work with the Hospital Executive and Ramsay Pharmacy Management to ensure timely reporting and implementation of Ramsay Pharmacy & Hospital policies and procedures.
