About the role :

We have a great opportunity for a permanent full-time Automotive Parts Specialist to join our experienced team. We are looking for a committed team member to provide support to our team and loyal customer base. The successful applicant will be a customer service champion, have previous experience or a passion for Auto Parts, enjoy a fast-paced work environment as well as being able to learn new processes and systems quickly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inbound phone & online sales processing
• In-store customer service
• Order & receipt incoming stock
• Process & pick purchase orders
• Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance
