Our experienced team of Vendor Replenishment Planners / Integrated Supply Planners represent multiple brand owners. We help to deliver effective replenishment to the Retailer's Distribution Centres and ensure smooth end to end supply as well as giving the supplier an additional voice within the retailers' business.

About the role :

Reporting to our Head of Supply & Demand Planning, this position acts as the interface between Woolworths and suppliers to ensure an efficient supply chain exists through collaborating on forecasting and replenishment planning.

You will also be required to achieve OBSL & Inventory targets and identify and drive process improvements to ensure smooth end to end supply into Woolworths.

About you :

To succeed you must have the following skills :

• Solid experience in supply or demand planning and forecasting processes within FMCG
• Knowledge of Woolworths VRP systems will be highly regarded
• FMCG analytical experience and a solution driven mindset
• Able to problem solve and conduct root cause analysis
• Highly developed negotiation skills and the ability to influence a cross section of stakeholders
• Intermediate to advanced Excel
