About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in user-centered design principles and modern design tools like Figma, focusing on end-to-end design, system development, and improving user experience for our product suite. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects and collaborate with a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final high-fidelity designs.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to align user needs with business goals.

Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.

Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate to improve the user experience.

Present and communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices, sharing insights with the team.

Requirements

5+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS, web, or mobile applications.

Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.

Experience designing dashboards, complex workflows, or SaaS platforms is a bonus.

Background in both agency and in-house product design is a plus.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
