The Opportunity
As IT Support Engineer, you will provide efficient operation and management of IT services across Australia, New Zealand and South Korea. You will provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues, both remotely and on-site as required. Reporting to the IT Manager APAC, you will facilitate a pivotal role in the planning and implementation of IT projects across the APAC region.
