Design Manager
McNab is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead design processes from inception to project completion in Toowoomba.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage design programs, ensuring timely contributions.
- Coordinate consultant teams to deliver comprehensive design documentation.
- Apply critical thinking to challenge design assumptions and propose efficient solutions.
- Recommend and integrate cost‑effective construction strategies.
- Ensure design outputs meet compliance, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to influence positive outcomes.
